This form must be completed and submitted at least ONE month before the event date to allow for proper planning and marketing time. Any submissions made after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Security Requirements

The Board of Trustees of Temple Emanuel is committed to maintaining a secure space for our members, and for the invited wider community.  Please answer the following questions, so that we may determine the need for security personnel for your event.

If security is required, the Temple must pay a three hour minimum charge, per guard, currently billed at $120 for that three hour period.  Additional hours will be billed at $40 per hour, per guard.  In some instances, your group or committee may be required to pay some or all of this fee.  Once you have submitted this form, a member of the administrative staff will reach out to you with the Temple's decision to require (or not) security personnel, and whether or not you will need to cover that cost.

If you wish to hold off on scheduling your event until a security decision is made, please call the Temple office at 480-838-1414 to discuss your event, prior to submitting this form.

All events that require an RSVP will have an RSVP form created in ShulCloud (made by our staff). The following data will be collected.
  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Number of Additional Guests
  • Names of Additional Guests

Please note, this request is not a guarantee and although we will do our best to meet your request, this will be subject to our overall marketing calendar.
