Join Rabbi Folberg for a series of Jewish meditation and learning sessions on the theme of spiritual preparation for the High Holy Days. We'll meet during Hebrew school, in the Multipurpose Room, from 5:15 PM to 5:45 PM. We will begin with a short guided meditation on a theme of the Holy Day season followed by a little singing together and then a teaching on one of the themes of the Days of Awe. We will share this opportunity for de-stressing, learning and community.
